Solved my Problem

Very happy with the service. My charger stopped working last summer, so I checked with the local dealer nearby and they said to order online. The charger arrived earlier than expected.

Okay, not perfect. I would deal with them again.

When I called the order in I was told that because I am not a registered owner of one of their bikes that they could not fill my order. I decided to try on line ordering and I did get me charger in a short time. I knew the charger I needed and they had it.
