By removing the need to scrap a car and investing over $6 million in rebates, the program is expected to benefit up to 9,000 people, lowering the cost of their e-bike purchases. How to apply for BC E-Bike rebate?
1: Apply
Locate a copy of your NOA, determine your income and then complete online Application Form
2: Get Approved
You can expect to receive your approval email within approximately two business days.
3: Buy your Ebike
Buy your favorite ebike from EbikeBC and get complete paperwork along with the instructions that will help make your approval process very smooth.
4: Claim the Rebate
Visit Electric Bike Claim – BC E-Bike Rebate Program (bcebikerebates.ca) and complete your claim.
How much is rebate for BC Residents?
The rebate amount is based off of your income. The detail of which is provided below.

| $38,951 to $51,130 | $1,000 |
| Above $51,131 | $350 |
What required documents do you need for the rebate?
As an approved retailer of BC E-Bike Rebate program EBikeBC will provide you with the following documents based on your order type, all these documents will be enough for a successful rebate claim.
1: POS (Point of Sale) receipt
2: EBikeBC Printed receipt
3: Shipping label affixed on the box
4: Email purchase confirmation (online order)
Can you purchase an Ebike before application approval?
There is no indication in the BC Ebike rebate program regarding this but to be safe its better to wait for approval of the application before making the purchase. You may also want to confirm with the retailer about their refund/return policies in case your application is not approved and you'd want to return the product.

The <https://bcebikerebates.ca/> website is down…the homepage loads just fine but when ever you trey to select any of the options to, even to apply for the waitlist the webpages just returns a 404 error:
"Not Found

I have contacted both phone numbers & the email provided on the websites homepage to no avail thus far.

nothing works trying both safari and firefox and it just keeps looping back…did get in at the first but then tried to correct a wrong number in the wrong box on the application and then I can’t get back to that! this hardly seems worth the frustration!!

I would really like to get a e-bike such as the Envo D35 Electric Bike.
I am low income senior living in a BC Senior Housing.
My question: do I have to pay the full amount first before I get reimbursed.
