Rad Power Trade-In: Upgrade to an ENVO E-Bike with eBikeBC
Own a Rad Power e-bike and looking for a local upgrade path? eBikeBC is offering a limited Rad Power trade-in at our Vancouver/Burnaby location. Submit your Rad bike details online, receive an estimated assessment from our technical team, then book an appointment to drop off your Rad bike, test ride your ENVO option, and pick up your new ENVO e-bike where inventory and scheduling allow.
How it works
1. Submit online
Tell us which ENVO product you want, your Rad model, kilometres ridden, serial numbers, condition and safety notes, expected tier, and upload 4–5 photos.
2. Technical review
Our team reviews your submission and may send an estimated offer, ask for more information, or decline the trade-in.
3. Book appointment
If you want to proceed, book a time to bring your Rad bike, battery, charger, keys, ID, and proof of ownership.
4. Final inspection & pickup
At the appointment, we confirm the final value. If accepted, the credit is applied to your selected ENVO purchase.
Important: Online assessment is not final acceptance. eBikeBC may offer, reduce, or reject any trade-in at its discretion. Final value is confirmed only after in-store inspection, ownership verification, battery safety review, and signed transfer documents.

Rad Power Trade-In Assessment Request
Complete the form below so our eBikeBC technical team can assess whether your Rad Power e-bike may qualify for trade-in credit toward an eligible ENVO e-bike. Please be accurate and include clear photos. The online assessment is not final acceptance; final value is confirmed in-store.
Trade-In Terms & Policy
- Eligible brand: Rad Power e-bikes only.
- Eligible purchase: Trade-in credit must be applied toward an eligible new ENVO e-bike purchase from eBikeBC.
- Online assessment is not final: Submitting the online form does not guarantee eligibility, acceptance, availability, trade-in credit, or purchase completion.
- eBikeBC discretion: eBikeBC may accept, reject, lower, withdraw, or revise any estimated offer before final completion.
- Appointment and final inspection: Final value is confirmed only after in-store inspection, ID/ownership verification, serial confirmation, battery safety review, and signed transfer documents.
- Discrepancy policy: If the bike differs from the online form or photos, eBikeBC may reject the trade-in or offer a lower value.
- Battery safety: eBikeBC may refuse, quarantine, or require safe disposal of any unsafe, damaged, water-exposed, modified, recalled, or stop-use battery/charger.
- Freedom of choice: The customer may accept or reject the estimated or final valuation before signing the transfer.
- Credit use: Credit has no cash value, is not redeemable for cash, cannot be applied retroactively, and may not be combined with other promotions unless eBikeBC confirms otherwise.
- Ownership transfer: Ownership transfers only after final acceptance, signed transfer documents, and completion of the approved ENVO transaction.
- Final sale: ENVO purchases through this program are final except as required by law or written ENVO/eBikeBC warranty terms.
- No affiliation: This program is operated independently by eBikeBC. Rad Power Bikes is a trademark of its owner. eBikeBC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Rad Power Bikes.
- Privacy: eBikeBC collects customer identity, ownership, product, photos, and transaction information to assess the request, verify ownership, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and administer the transaction.
- Program changes: eBikeBC may modify, suspend, or end the program at any time without notice.
