What makes ENVO ST eBike the best in its class
The ENVO ST is built with a solid, super lightweight, stylish and unisex hydro-formed aluminum alloy frame in small and large frame sizes suitable for people from 5’ all the way to 6’6” rider. It is capable of a rider up to 300lbs and offering an ergonomic shape, which makes it easy for the rider to get on and off. The frame is specially designed to minimize all the vibrations and noise from the drive-system, the right wheelbase for a high speed and a pleasurable ride on both paved and unpaved roads.
The ST is equipped with an advanced pedal-assist sensor with an optimized torque emulation software. The advanced torque emulating Pedal Assist Sensor (PAS) signals the controller to run the motor between 5 levels of pedal assist, providing a boost to your pedalling depending on the level of assistance you select while riding. The ST is equipped with an on-demand thumb throttle that gives you an extra boost which activates the motor proportionally to the twist no matter you pedal or not to give you a fully electric ride in case you cannot pedal or need an instant acceleration or uphill push. Always be mindful of the throttle as it will trigger motor anytime bike is powered on, applying throttle by mistake may cause you to loose control of the bicycle.
The ENVO Battery powering the ST is a lizard styled, super lightweight, down tube mounting Li-Ion pack in a stylish thin ABS case with an auto-connect socket, a charge indicator, security lock and accessories. The battery is removable and can reach a range of up to 100 km per charge on pedal assist level 1. The battery can be charged on or off the bike frame using the little portable CC-CV smart Li-Ion battery charger. The ENVO Battery is an A-grade branded Li-Ion battery, comprising of LG or Panasonic Li-Ion cells and a BMS that avoids battery from overcharging, overloading and other hazardous activities, thereby increasing both cyclic and calendar life of the battery. Battery cells have been selected for best operating in freezing temperatures.
HYDRAULIC DISK BRAKE
Top of the line hydraulic disk brakes equipped with electric cut-off sensors provide more safety to the bike as well as the rider.
GEARED HUB MOTOR
ENVO ST is equipped with a sealed, powerful, upkeep free, geared hub motor that offers 500W power and 60Nm torque. The bike is a street-legal bike with legalized speed, torque and power all over Canada and most parts of the US. Our motors are 50% lighter than all the rest powered geared hub motors in Canada, yet they deliver 50% more torque and 25% more battery efficiency. These ENVO motors are developed for over 20,000Km maintenance-free ride.
27.5″x1.95" tires, the best proven outer diameter for a commuter bike (i.e. 700C) but more cushion which improves ride comfort, dynamic maneuverability, and handling in different terrains. Tires are fat and knobby enough for the best grip on wet cement, asphalt paved, dirt or gravel trails which creates minimum noise and drag for normal urban paved rides.
Adjustable, lockable fork with 80mm fork travel adds to high-speed stability and handling on trails and asphalt. It reduces the shocks to the frame and battery system and provides ultimate comfort.
The adjustable handlebar stem on the ST, lets the rider do the ergonomic fine-tuning whether you like an absolute upright or performance pedalling position.
The unisex saddles, professionally designed with cuts and curves for high performance pedaling, and wide enough for long upright cruises, are the most relaxing, cushion saddles with ultimate comfort and style for all riders.
The D35 is fitted with high efficiency and bright LED 40 LUX headlight powered by the main battery and controlled by a keypad on the handlebar.
Tail Light and reflector provide more safety riding in the dark. It powers up once the headlight is switched on.
Well-engineered 8 speed 48T chain ring and 11-32 cassette transmission help you overcome up to 25% grade when climbing a hill on gear 1 or 40km/h speed on gear 8 with gentle pedaling.

Assembly Instructions & Unboxing
I am loving my new Envo ST.
The you-tube video on assembly was a necessity for a novice biker but otherwise I am having a grand ol’ time riding to work and back.
It's only been 3 weeks since I've had the Envo St and when someone asks me if I like it ?....Well I've done 300km in 10 days. I love this bike , the motor and battery are awesome, get so much range on pedal assist 1.
I was originally planning to get the Aventon Pace but I am so glad I got this instead, the seat and front suspension make such a big difference. I've ridden this on gravel, pavement, trails and parks. The throttle is responsive, the gears shift well and the seat is comfortable.
Will give a more comprehensive review after a few months , for now I'm thrilled with my purchase.
ENVO ST Electric Bike
Received the bike well packaged and in excellent condition. Relatively easy to put together. This bike was for my wife which was to replace the Yukon 750 which was way too big and heavy for her. She absolutely loves the size and how it handles like a regular bike. Very impressed!
When I decided to buy an e-bike this winter, I knew practically nothing about the genre. I attended the Montreal Cycle Show and spoke to several vendors and picked up some flyers. ENVO was represented by a local dealer. Once I got home, I spent many hours online researching the different options and finally decided to buy an ENVO ST from the dealer (his price + set up turned out to be exactly the same as having it shipped to me direct - without worrying that I might not set it up correctly, and includes a free tune-up). So, I've had the bike about 2 weeks and have been out and about several times. I am hooked! Absolutely no issues changing gears, the throttle is a dream when starting off from a standing start. I'm shocked at how smooth the ride is - and how fast! Going downhill and not peddling, my friends are far behind me! For the people who commented on the throttle not carrying them up hills adequately - the tech at my bike shop told me that if I relied entirely on the throttle when going up a substantial grade, I'd been disappointed. I just peddle at the same time as I hold the throttle - no problem. Not as quick as on the flat, but hey, the bike has to defeat gravity with me as added ballast. As for the carrier on the back - I asked my tech to remove the spring-loaded section. It definitely interfered with the installation of the paniers I bought on Amazon, and I frankly don't need that part. Problem solved. I still can't remember how to turn on the headlight, even though I messaged Envo and got an immediate reply. My crappy memory, I'm not a young chicken anymore. My one complaint is the booklet that comes with the bike about its features. It's a little light on explanations regarding the LCD display. I don't understand how the trip odometer works.
