Shipping Policy

Product Availability and Shipping Schedule:

  • Batteries (Dual, Conversion Kits, and 35 Series Bikes):We received the batteries with 100% conformity and safety. Shipping started early on August 26th.

  • D35 & ST (all sizes and colors): Shipping started early on August 26th.

  • ONLY ST 15": will be available in late September.

  • Conversion Kits: Shipping started early on August 26th.

  • All Products: Ready to be shipped according to the shipping policy.

  • FLEX TRIKE: Orders placed after August 7th will be shipped in September.
  • Local Pickup: Assembling bikes for local pickup will add an extra week to the timeline. However, pickup in the box is always available upon request. Customizations such as dual batteries or tire replacements will add an additional week.
  • Conversion Kits Installation: Lead time for installation is a minimum of 2 weeks and may extend up to 4 weeks.
  • Catrike: Orders take approximately two weeks to arrive.
  • Veemo: Our summer capacity is fully booked. The next available order slot will be for October 2024.

    Depending on when delivery is I may have to contact the delivery company before hand to make other arrangements for delivery as I may not be home. Can you advise me as soon as possible who i contact to deal with this issue please. Thanks

    Hi there I live in Sechelt BC, it’s not too far but a commute for sure. I recently purchased a pre owned envo lynx 20 in blue and I was hoping to pick it up either today (Monday August 19th) or tomorrow (Tuesday August 20th).

    Please let me know if this is possible. Thank you so much!
