• Yes, Flex Snowbike is shipped on a pallet and it is fully assembled and ready to go.

How many batteries, do I need to buy to use the Snowbike Conversion Kit?

• Flex Snowbike comes with one battery and that is all you need to operate the product, although if you would like to extend your range or run a business and need multiple batteries you can buy it from EbikeBC. 

What tools do I need to assemble the Snowkart?

• You do not need any tools to assemble the SnowKart as it comes fully assembled, but it is good to have an Allen Key Set and Wrench Set on hand for torquing fasteners as they may get loose over time as you use the products. 

How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

• 1-3 Days

Do you ship packages internationally?

• Yes, we ship all over North America. If you are placing an order from Europe/Asia get in touch with our team to finalize shipping details. 

How do you price your postage?

• We charge $250 for shipping regardless of the destination. For remote and far regions we cover the extra cost.
