Why do my tax dollars provide rebates for still unaffordable electric cars, when subsidizing much lower cost E-bikes results in carbon emission reductions to the broad based minimum wage earning population, who not only need it the most, but have the numbers to make a real difference by parking their high carbon producing older vehicles?
