The Flex Overland, a Canadian-engineered eBike, combines rugged off-road capabilities with a convenient foldable design. Its unisex frame accommodates a dual battery system, enabling up to 200km range per charge. The powerful rear hub motor can output 1000W of power, can reach speeds of 45km/h (limited to 500W and 32km/h in Canada) and effortlessly supports up to 400lbs of cargo. The bike's low Q-factor ensures smooth riding, and it's versatile enough to transport a second rider or two child seats, all while remaining lighter than its competitors.

North America's Longest Range
The Flex Overland features a UL-certified battery (48V, 15 A.h) capable of over 100 km on the lowest pedal assist setting and up to 50 km on the highest. For extended range, a dual battery setup offers approximately 200 km per charge, totaling 1560 Wh. These batteries, either LG or Panasonic Li-Ion cells, come with a protective BMS to prevent overcharging and overloading, enhancing their lifespan. Additionally, they are designed to perform efficiently in cold temperatures.
Convertible to Snowbike and Trike
The Flex Overland offers additional versatility by transforming into two other products using the same platform. With modular components, it can easily be converted into the Flex SnowBike for lightweight, portable winter travel, and the Flex Trike, meeting the demand for a 3-wheel electric bike.
Foldable Frame
The Flex is created with a sturdy, lightweight, foldable, and unisex hydro-formed aluminium alloy frame that can accommodate riders ranging in height from 4'11" to 6'5". It can handle up to 400 pounds of load and has a step-thru design that makes it simple for the rider to get on and off. The frame is particularly built to reduce any vibrations and noise from the drive-system, with the appropriate wheelbase for a fast and comfortable ride on both paved and dirt terrain.
High Load Capacity
Designed in British Columbia, the Envo Flex Overland caters to North American riders' cargo mobility needs with its robust high-torque assist system, ensuring reliable performance on steep inclines. The bike comfortably accommodates two passengers, offering ample space for a second rider on its spacious rack. Additionally, it can be fitted with two child seats, allowing your children to join in on the adventure.
Street-Legal & Off-Roading

Powerful Geared Motor Hub
The ENVO FLEX Overland features a sealed, maintenance-free geared hub motor that boasts 1000W of power and 80 Nm of torque. Efficiently built, these motors are lighter than most in Canada yet provide exceptional torque and efficiency. Designed for longevity, they can travel over 20,000 km without needing maintenance.
E-Assist System
The ENVO Flex is equipped with a Bluetooth enabled display that comes with enhanced torque emulation software. The innovative torque-emulating Pedal Assist Sensor (PAS) prompts the controller to switch the motor between 5 levels of pedal assist, offering a boost to your pedaling based on the degree of assistance you pick while riding. The ENVO Flex has an on-demand thumb throttle that provides an extra boost by activating the motor according to the twist, regardless of whether you are pedaling, to provide a completely electric ride if you are unable to pedal or want an instant acceleration or uphill push.
Hydraulic Disk Brake
Top-tier Tektro hydraulic disc brakes with electronic cut-off sensors increase the safety of both the bike and the rider. When you apply the brakes, the electronic sensor cuts off all power to the motor, allowing the bike to brake faster and stop in a shorter distance rather than allowing two opposing forces to act in opposite directions.
Reliable Transmission System
A well-engineered 52T chain ring and 7 speed 11-32 teeth cassette will enable you face up to 25% slope while climbing a hill on gear 1 or 40km/h speed on gear 7 with gently pedaling.
LOCKABLE SUSPENSION FORK
Adjustable pre-load, lockable suspension fork with 80mm of travel adds to high-speed stability and handling on trails and asphalt. It reduces the shocks to the frame and battery system and provides ultimate comfort.
Adjustable Stem
The FLEX Overland has an adjustable high rise handlebar, which allows the user to fine-tune their ergonomics and pick an ideal pedalling position.
Fat Cushion Tires
The Flex Overland is outfitted with 20 x 3.3'' off-road type fat tires. These thick tires provide sufficient cushion to increase riding comfort, dynamic maneuverability, and handling in a variety of terrains. Tires are fat and knobby enough to provide excellent traction on wet cement, asphalt, dirt, or gravel trails while producing minimal noise and drag on routine urban paved rides.
HEADLIGHT
The FLEX Overland is fitted with high efficiency and bright LED headlight powered by the main battery and controlled by a keypad on the handlebar.
TAIL LIGHT
Taillight and reflector provide more safety riding in the dark. It powers up once the headlight is switched on. These taillights also double as brake light, turning on when brake is applied.
SADDLE
The unisex saddles, professionally designed with cuts and curves for high performance pedaling, and wide enough for long upright cruises, are the most relaxing, cushion saddles with ultimate comfort and style for all riders.
REAR CARRIER RACK
ENVO Flex comes with a specially designed cargo rear rack with rating of 150 lbs weight and capable of fitting two child seats. The rear rack comes with a cushion seat which allows a second adult to ride on the e-bike comfortably.
