Bought 2 demo/open box, arrived put together which was awesome! Less than 100km use on both bikes and the savings is great.
I was debating this one against the Rad expand and my husband convinced me we should go with this one and we are definitely happy with our choice.
We have had them a few weeks now, not super long rides yet, longest 10km but a great ride, easy to operate, throttle is nice to get going, we are mostly on level 1 & 2 and it’s a nice easy going ride.
My only improvement I will have to make it a softer seat.

I bailed on my first bike ride. I broke my leg and smashed my phone but my head stayed safe and I didn't lose consciousness so I could fully feel the pain in my leg. It's pretty too.

I bought TWO used Lynx 20", and my husband and I have been having a blast riding them around. My sister and her husband also bought TWO used Lynx 20" and have gone on even more adventurers than us, they took them to Canmore and Banff and had a wonderful time.

My wife enjoys the bike, especially the light weight of the bike.
Had a bit of a delivery issue with CanPar, they did not call to notify a time of delivery, we both where away from the house on the 2 times they attempted to delivery.
I picked the bike up from the CanPar delivery terminal, the box was not in the greatest shape, but the bike appeared to be well wrapped and untouched. Was not impressed with the packaging and the way the bike and items where presented when unpacked. I just bought a RIZE e-bike for myself and found their packaging to setup process much better. The Envo packaging provided no assembly instructions or steps to follow. I did watch a ENVO YouTube video on the setup.
Other then that the bike is great so far.

I absolutely love my bike! Its beautiful! My first ride was 10km as I figured out the pedal assist and gears. The seat is comfortable and i love the adjustable handlebars! I'm 5'6 and the 16" frame would have been better for me however that's my fault. I still love the bike and will recommend it to everyone looking for an e.bike!

I friggin' love it! Not only is it extremely enjoyable to rip around on, it is a great economical choice as well with gas prices where they be at! One love!

I ordered my Envo 35 and accessories on May 2 2023 and paid 167$ for delivery to Quebec. The company policy says delivery within 1 to 10 days. After many phonecalls to Canpar with arrogant and very unpleasant staff, I am still waiting and i don t know what else to do. I am very disappointed and l demand a refund of the delivery fees. The E50 scooter is a well made scooter and has lot's of Torq and power. I weigh 145 pound's and it carry's me around at the advertised 32kph top speed I am very satisfied with my purchase of the E50 scooter .

We purchased 2 demo Flex Overland bikes and received them only 7 days after placing our order, just in time for the May long weekend! The customer service from ebikebc has been amazing, timely and helpful. The bikes came with minor mileage (mine had 0.3km and my husbands had 1.6km on his) and minor scratches but they included some touch up paint in the parts box. The bikes are wicked, tough and durable! Although it was a pretty rainy weekend, we still managed to ride every day with our 16m old daughter on the back in the baby seat carrier. We used the bikes mostly on steep rough terrain as we were camping out in the bush. Exploring forest service roads was easy with the fat tires and shocks and the fenders were helpful keeping us mud free and dry. We rode 17km and the battery didn't even show signs of use. The seat is comfy enough for long rides and there is tons of storage space with the 2 racks (even with the baby seat). I spent a lot of time researching and test driving cargo bikes before we decided on these ones and they did NOT disappoint! We are so excited to use these daily, whether it is to pick up something from the store, rip to the playground with our daughter or adventure up into the mountains for the day, this is THE bike! The bike is big but not cumbersome. I wanted something that I could load into our SUV myself or into the back of the truck for when I am solo parenting. We also needed something powerful enough to get us up the hills around where we live. On our way home from camping yesterday, we couldn't stop talking about all of the different mountain zones we will be able to check out as a family with these bikes!

The bike is doing very well so far. A bit heavier than I tought but overall I am very pleased. I order a demo, with some scratches over, but the fonction is not affected. The service is A1 even Inlive in the Montreal area. Thank you!
