ENVO kit is equipped with a sealed, powerful, geared hub motor that offers 500W power and 60Nm torque. The bike is a street-legal bike with legalized speed, torque and power all over Canada and most parts of the US. Our motors are 50% lighter than all the rest powered geared hub motors in Canada, yet they deliver 50% more torque and 25% more battery efficiency. These ENVO motors are developed for over 20,000Km (12,500 miles) maintenance-free ride.

Charger

The included CC-CV smart Li-Ion battery charger is portable and UL certified for safety. You can charge the battery on or off the bike frame, giving you flexibility for your needs.

Throttle

The ebike throttle is your on-demand power control. Twist it like a motorcycle grip to instantly adjust your electric assist level. The more you twist, the faster the motor kicks in, giving you effortless speed control.

Long Range Battery

The ENVO Battery powering the conversion kit is a lizard style, super lightweight, down tube mounting Li-Ion pack in a stylish thin ABS case with auto-connect socket, with a charge indicator, security lock and accessories. The battery is removable and can reach a range of up to 100 km / 62 miles per charge on pedal assist level 1.

Controller System

The controller comes with an optimized torque emulation software. The advanced torque emulating Pedal Assist Sensor (PAS) signals the controller to run the motor between 5 levels of pedal assist, providing a boost to your pedaling depending on the level of assistance you select while riding.

Pedal Assist Sensor

A pedal assist sensor is the brains behind your e-bike's motor activation. It detects your pedaling and tells the motor how much assistance to provide.

Will it fit my bike?

Our conversion kit is designed to fit most bikes! To double-check compatibility, take a look at your bike's front/rear dropout (where the wheel attaches) and downtube (the main tube) to ensure there's space for the motor and battery.

Front Hub

Measure the distance between front fork dropout. If it is around 100mm, ENVO Front Hub motor would fit.

Also check the dropout width, 10mm is the standard width.

Bottle Cage Mount

Check your bike's frame for bottle cage mounts. If there are atleast 2 rivnuts you are good to go.

The Lizard battery is a battery you can mount on bike’s frame 2 water bottle bolt mount. This is the thinnest battery case for suspension frames or small size frames. Check the bicycle frame down tube geometry then select. The battery can be locked to its support or un-lock and slide out to remove.

Great Idea

This was a great idea to convert the bike. I had an old bike in the warehouse and I couldnt use it because I leave in a mountainous village and couldnt go back home simply by riding and everytime I had to walk beside the bike and push it uphill. It really gave me the chance to enjoy riding after 4 years.
